Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All services provided by Ideal SEO Agency are non-refundable once the campaign has started or any work has been initiated. Due to the custom, manual, and time-sensitive nature of our SEO and link building services, refunds are not offered after placement or outreach begins.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
In very limited and exceptional circumstances, we may consider a partial refund or credit only if:
- No work has been started (no outreach, no content creation, no placements initiated)
- The request is made within 48 hours of payment
- The client provides valid written notice via email
Any such refund is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a 20–30% administrative fee to cover processing, banking, and planning costs.
3. No Refund Scenarios
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- After any outreach, publisher negotiation, content creation, or link placement has begun
- If the client changes their mind, cancels, or fails to provide required access/information
- For dissatisfaction with results (rankings, traffic, DA increase) as SEO is not guaranteed
- For delays caused by client-side issues (slow approvals, content rejection, etc.)
- After the agreed campaign timeline has started
4. Service Delivery & Satisfaction
We guarantee:
- Manual, editorial placements (no PBNs or networks)
- Live, indexed links (where applicable)
- Full transparency with reporting
However, search engine rankings, traffic growth, and revenue are influenced by many external factors (algorithm updates, competition, website quality, etc.). We do not guarantee specific positions or outcomes.
5. How to Request a Refund (if eligible)
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:
- Email us at support@idealseoagency.com within 48 hours of payment
- Include your full name, order/invoice number, payment date, and reason for request
- We will review within 48–72 hours and respond accordingly
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
