1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website idealseoagency.com (“Website”) or any services provided by Ideal SEO Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ideal SEO Agency.

2. Description of Services

Ideal SEO Agency provides search engine optimization, link building, guest posting, press release distribution, local SEO, and related digital marketing services (“Services”). All Services are provided on a project/campaign basis as described in our pricing plans or custom proposals.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service request at our sole discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your campaigns
• Grant us necessary access (website backend, Google Search Console, analytics, etc.) only when explicitly agreed
• Not use our Services for illegal, unethical, or spammy purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws, including Google Webmaster Guidelines
• Pay all fees in full and on time as per the agreed invoice or proposal

4. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Services are delivered only after full payment (or agreed deposit) is received.

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

5. Delivery & Guarantees

We guarantee:

• Manual outreach and editorial placements (no private blog networks)
• Indexing of placed links (where applicable)
• Live links within the agreed timeline

We do NOT guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue results, as these depend on many external factors including search engine algorithms, competition, and your website quality.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your own business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideal SEO Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific campaign/service in question.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

You may terminate services by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued for partially completed campaigns unless otherwise agreed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kasur, Punjab, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
